Oh, trust me, its not all its cooked up to be. Just check my video about how admin on J&H server is like. It can be a nightmare at times. XD But hey, it comes with the territory, and I knew that when I accepted the job. :)

but do you like being head admin knowing you have a lot of bad stuff to go through? also who do the mods bow down to if the admins bow down to you?

Well first, its not really bowing down to. Nonetheless.
Its sort of like this.
Admins on down trust and listen to me. We're a team, its not just a forced authority thing. Admins on down trust me and cooperate with me. I don't bark orders very often but if I do they know there's a very good reason for it.

Admins have to earn the trust of both J&H and their peers to get it, so generally mods will listen to them when the situation calls for it.

As you can see, its more a system of trust and teamwork. :) As head admin, though, I've earned their trust the most and I've proven to have the most level headed judgement of the admins typically. Nonetheless, there are times when someone else makes a good point and I change my tune. :P

Even regular mods have pointed things out and I've made changes as a result. Its more how we do things and who makes the final call in a given situation.

And thanks, sorry about that, I had to break it into different msgs because it would sit there and act like its processing but never do anything for ages. :P But yeah, I appreciate it. :)

Aye, and that system has served us well. I imagine that's how the upper ranks will still work after the revamp of the mod structure.

whoa what revamp? are the mods getting promoted?

They are improving the mod structure to allow us to have more mods to keep an eye on things without having the problems that we'd have if more people had the CURRENT Mod powers. We have problems promoting people atm because being able to outright kick and tempban people can be severely abused.

Unfortunately, its taking a back seat to some important things they are working on, so it'll still be a while before that's done.
