The new stadium they built up there for the Vikings looks beautiful at night. Kaufman memorial union is cool place. Um, the twins are in town and suck real bad so tickets should be cheap. The light rail takes you all over the place and also to mall of America.

    So, look at this http://prntscr.com/bcbkpi
You want to head over to the Mall thing because it has a train (light rail) station. You can hitch a ride on the green line on it's way to St Paul which should go through. Eventually it will lead you to an East Bank or West Bank stop which are both stops for the University of Minnesota Campus. Later stops will include the Stadium Village (TFC Bank Stadium).

Earlier stops before the campus stops includes a Downtown stop right next to the new stadium. Also, instead of the green line there's a blue line stop at the mall. Take the one headed to Mall of America to get to there, or if you took a plane here, it would go to two airport stops. If you do fly, you should take to blue line from the airport that is headed toward Target field.

With the light rail, there are basically two main lines (Blue and Green). They both start at Target Field (Twins), and the blue line heads towards MoAmerica ( and the airport) and the Green one heads toward St Paul. They both share many stops in the city until they hit Downtown East stop. Then blue splits toward moAmerica and green splits towards St. Paul and the campus.

oh ok, makes sense. So I you don't need all the airport info lol. Anyways, Some parts of the city can be accessed via the light rail. Otherwise most can be walking distance. Always go to the campus via light rail. And you need tickets (pay). I've never seen anyone check tickets but it's good to be safe. Avoid nighttime light rail, because there are always spooky characters, but you should be fine.

I don't know much to do within the City part because I've spent most of my time in the campus.
