Fake pacifist?
The best way to go before doing Genocide is to experience the true pacifist. Definitely worth the extra couple hours for the feels ending. If you didn't kill anyone, then you can continue your save file and get a true ending from there.

I don't think I can get the real pacifist ending because I did neutral first.

you can get the real pacifist ending on any run as long as you kill nobody
even after genocide and then resetting it you can still get the ending
but if you do genocide before pacifist......
....the ending scene will be a little....soulless.....;)
