Its not even P2W. Unless you have god gear. Its verry diffucult to escape the first area next to spawn, even with emrald. Yes its worse with out that boost, but trust me its not that better.
The problem to me is that every kit is so obviously more powerful than the others. It's hardly even kitpvp because it's not based off skill, just who's been online the longest and is semi-decent.
Oh and don't forget the keys! Although they're cheap there are plenty of people who either 1) Can't afford them or 2) Have parents who won't let them get it anyway, and the keys, the special ones even more so, make the game waaaay more pay to win. If you have $30 spare you can get 30 special keys and have an enderchest full of enchanted diamond armor.
Honestly the whole diamond armor is not what you think it is.
One diamond person csn get out ran by a swarm of regulars. The problem is strenght in numbers, and that is apparent. What they need to do it make it so its not worth the OP's players time to sit there and spawnkill and team.
What do you mean swarm of regulars? I've never seen a diamond person die (not saying that they haven't, I'm saying it's very, very rare). If a diamond person does get swarmed then their other teaming buddies with full diamond swarm the people with other kits and kill them easily.
The game is pretty crap imo, and it adds a minigame I hate playing but am forced to play to catch hackers. (Yes I know about spectate mode but actually playing is sometimes more decisive)
I go elsewhere anyway, but with lots of mods being inactive due to school I feel more responsible to deal with KitPvp as well. Obviously lots of other mods do stuff there as well, but I still feel like it's important.
