Just please provide sufficient evidence.

For the cussing part; Go to %appdata% .minecraft and then the logs file.

I recommend using 7-zip, but winrar also works.

Open with either 7-zip or winrar (the log file of the date this occurred) and find the chat part.

Copy and paste it with other sufficient evidence.

Isn't it possible to edit the logs?

Not that I am aware of

I can unrar the log with winrar, then edit the log in it, save it again, and rar it with winrar.
