I thought they'd come within time but I paid money and didn't even get anything from it. I'm hoping you can fix this please because I have been waiting since like November maybe and I still have yet to receive them. Please fix this!
You should probably PM Jerry or Harry, I am sure they can help you with your purchase as long as you have a receipt or some evidence that shows that you have purchased them.
Email info@itsjerryandharry.com with proof of purchase or like said above, PMing one of the owners could also work.
If the order hasn't come yet, E-Mail info@itsjerryandharry.com, but make sure you have proof you purchased it, like a receipt.
Knowing for a fact is not evidence if your purchase, @Squid has already informed you where you will find your receipt.

You didn't need a forum account to make a purchase, it should be located in the mailbox where you linked your email to your purchase. If it's not there then I don't know if there is anything I can do other than tell you to PM (if you don't know how I can gladly give you instructions) Jerry or Harry.
You didn't need a forums account to E-Mail them, or make a purchase on the server. You just need a Minecraft Account.
Technically incorrect as you can make a purchase for everyone, but getting back on topic, if you need help here are the instructions to PM someone: Locate the "Inbox" button on the top right corner of your screen. Press it, and then locate the "Start a New Conversation" button near the top of your screen. Then add either Jerry or Harry as a participant (although I advise you don't add both of them). And then shoot them a message of the issue and the receipt.
