I remember a time when being a part of the staff team wasn't a high-turnover kind of job. While I understand that life happens and people need to move onto bigger and better things, the fact that so many are doing it so often is a bit surprising to me. What changed?
Maybe it's the people... maybe being a staff member isn't appealing anymore...maybe so many people are staff that being a staff member isnt a big deal anymore.
I know for sure this was found helpful towards me at least ;) Thanks for organizing the former staffs, it actually helped clarify a couple questions I had. Thanks ;)
