Others are bright and cheerful. Here's the storyline to one of the stories I wrote: A girl was sent to a new country, a new school, by her dad, who she has never met in her entire life, who was the brother of the man who cared for the young girl, the brother being the ex-husband of the mother of the girl. (Yes, it's confusing). Little did the girl know, she had a brother, who was also sent to the same school. She made friends instantly, however they turned out to be fake, except for one girl, who was shy, innocent and adorable. She then met her brother, still not knowing that they were siblings. She was considered the prettiest girl in the school, he was the hottest guy in the school (They had sexy parents, clearly!) They instantly fell in love, or so it seemed. It turned out that her brother, the guy she fell in love with, actually knew they were siblings, but wanted to manipulate her so that he could take the families fortune, because he knew it would all go to her. After the girl sees his true nature, she cries into the arms of her best friend, the innocent adorable girl. This innocent adorable girl turned and kissed the antagonist, falling into a deep embrace. Bit fetish-y, I know. Let's cut to the chase! I want you to write a story! Try your best, and the best story, the winner, will get a prize from the store. This can be up to $30, if enough people enter. THE THEME OF THE STORY: Love (As it's almost valentines day!) I like the idea of this and I am tempted to enter. Just a quick question though and I may have misread your post and this may be a stupid question but how can we submit our stories to you?
I don't think you're being patient enough by cancelling this a full 2 and a half weeks before the deadline. You do realize that there are people that are entering this contest but may not submit until close to the deadline, right? This is a writing contest. I'm not gonna submit a draft I wrote in 3 days. I'm gonna write high quality stuff.
