Is there anyone on here who plays musical instruments? I sing, that's about it. I did dabble a little bit on the recorder back in elementary school, but I was never that great at playing.
I used to play the Clarinet for 2 years, but I am currently learning to play the piano, and I know how to play a couple songs.
For school I play the euphionim (small tuba) and marching baritone (trumpet on steroids) for marching and concert season. I am also in a small garage band as the bassist. :)
I don't understand what you are talking about when you mean this: marching baritone (trumpet on steroids). o_O I'm sorry. :( At school, I have friends who are in the band. Some people I know and used to know that went to to my school also play as well. For teachers, there's a science teacher who plays flute and a FACS (cooking) teacher who used to play piano (a little bit) and now plays the trumpet. She still plays it too! But not as often like she used to.
I played the flute for 4 years but gave it up this year because I wanted to take a course on video editing
in third grade i played the violin but i sucked and quit. later, i started trumpet. i felt sad and decided there was no reason to do it anymore. then, i attempted flute, it wasn't nice. after, i tried the acoustic guitar, i was good, but i lost inspiration. and finally, i tried saxophone, but it didn't work out. my music career is over i play the bongos like a hippie now ; )
Marching Baritone is a low brass instrument that looks like a really large trumpet but plays in the bass clef and has a lower register.
I used to play guitar ages ago, when I went in 6th grade. Now I cannot play anything anymore, just maybe singing.
I play the guitar frequently, not amazing at it but I can play a few songs. Primarily electric but I do own an acoustic.
Used to play the clarinet, then moved to alt saxophone and eventually stopped. Was at guitar lessons, too but that didn't work well.
:) That makes sense. I did Chorus for a few years up until 8th grade when I realized that I wanted to do something else instead.
