Cant take barriers out of chest?

Detailed description of bug: My friend wanted to give me a barrier block, when he tried to take it out, it didn't come out! He could take out heads and banners but not the barrier block.

 

Barriers are counted as god items which is not allowed. I think there's a plugin or something that disables the player to get those kind of items.

 

Is there some way we can fix it?

 

Again, barriers are god items that are made from a third client (mod) which are not allowed in this server. They are banned, we cannot do anything about it.

 

Oh ok. So if you can't use them and just put them in a chest do they still count as "rare"?

 

The only way you can possibly achieve these items is through a modified client, which isn't permitted on our server. If you see any items that are not obtainable via a permitted client (regular, OptiFine, 5zig, etc...), then report it. Certain examples are items with outrageous enchants, ender dragon eggs, barriers, etc.
