Minecraft Help.

I open the launcher, press play. I wait as usual until the game opens, but it never does. It just doesn't fukin load.

- Happened today
- Was working an hour ago
- Doesn't come up with any error messages

No idea what happened aye.

If anyone could help fix this, would be greatly appreciated. Even if your help is unsuccessful, still appreciate the help.

 

If you haven't done so already, try deleting the 'Minecraft' application, and re downloading it online. This happened to me quiet recently, and it seemed to fix my launcher.

 

Explain how I would delete the application please. Doing this, will this delete all my profiles and texture packs?

 

Your texture packs and profiles will stay connected. To delete the application you simply right click on it, and click on the 'delete' tab.

 

Define 'it' lmao. I uninstalled and reinstalled Minecraft - Still didn't work. :))))))

 

uninstall mc and put the .minecraft folder onto your desktop so you wouldn't lose packs and such and then reinstall mc

by searching uninstall on your window 10 searcher or whatever you have and the uninstaller will have a bunch of stuff that you could remove, So then find mc right click and click un install

Did you download any mods recently or did this happen suddenly

 

Suddenly, only mod I have is Optifine.

 

Try loading mc without it

 

If your main launcher is not working, try download a program called "Multi mc" It allows you to have many different game versions and works very well.

 

Weird. Minecraft 1.10.2 (latest version) works fine, even with optifine. Even 1.9 with/without optifine works.

However, what I usually play on (1.8) with optifine or without optifine does not work. I would rather play on the 1.8 obviously cause of the PvP. Any ideas on how to fix?

 

Go on 1.9 and change the chunks distance or whatever the shit its called to lower than 8 and then run 1.8

 

Still wouldn't work riprip. Any other ideas aha?

 

I don't know if someone else has suggested this, but

1. go on the launcher

(ignore the steam shit)

2. click edit profile and do keep the launcher open


3. press play and look at the game log or launcher log and look for crash reports


4. post the crashes on here
