How to make a good title

In hardcore factions I need some awesome titles for Owners co owners and members can you guys help me out please

Format
- ./f title (Co owner, Owner, Member) then write in your idea then i will use them Thank you alot :)

 

Use color codes; &a,&4&2 etc.

 

I need an example to use for example ./f title luigilion2001 &4Owner etc but i want it to look cool

 

Military rank positions instead of things like Owner and Co Owner

 

Like corporal, captain, major, lieutenant, colonel, etc.
(I know these ranks cause of m*a*s*h, he he.)
I'm not sure about the order of the roles though.
