'Player not found.'

    In which minigame/server does the bug occur: Creative1, ./msg [Player] [Reason]

    Detailed description of bug: Ok, as soon I logged back in from being AFK, I was msging 'Matrizzle' about why the server was silenced. He said 'A mod+ has either accidentally silenced it, or he meant to do it.' I was ok and after that, he had to go, then I decided to /.msg Gamerrizz and say 'Hi' But after I sent him that message, it says 'Player is not found' I was like 'What?' I've spelt this name correctly.

    Example: /msg Gamerrizz Hi.
    'Player not found'

    Gamerrizz usually has MSG disabled and this is the message it shows when you try to message someone with msg disabled.

    Also, anyone in /vanish also has messages disabled

    Well if he did have his messaging disabled. Then it would say 'Gamerrizz has messaging disabled' Or something like that. I wouldn't think he would have his messaging disabled, A bug I suppose.

    No. They have changed it. It now says "player isn't online" or "player not found". It has been solved because of stalking issues I think.

    @ActuallyImJerome and @Sirius are correct. It will display "Player not found" instead of saying messages are disabled, I have tested this with gamerrizz before.
