Skyblock /ignore Bug

    In which minigame/server does the bug occur: Skyblock servers 1,2, and 3
    Detailed description of bug:
    I spend a lot of time on the Skyblock servers, so I meet some spammers almost everyday. I have tried to do /ignore but when I do that, I can still see their messages in chat, and I just want to be able to make the spamming stop! Please help fix this bug! Thank you for your time and consideration.
