    I run on 40-60fps with SEUS shaders, and I'm good with that. The 120fps without Shaders dont make any difference to me.
    Also, you don't need more than 30fps, from 18fps and more, you can consider changing images a movie.
    Most Movies nowadays range between 30 and 40 fps.

    My highest fps was 600 during 1.6, using optifine, low res and meanwhile playing in the J/H survival server :D
    I'm sorry I don't have proof, I took a screenshot but I formatted my computer pretty recently and all those files are gone :(
