So I haven't been on lately but when I got on I started on factions and was bored so I started to PvP and I killed a diamond and it was but a minute later the person comes back online and killed me with iron and I had full gap and everything so I reported and nothing ever happened so I went to kit PvP and my first jump down and theres people running on water and so I left that and went to SG and my second match I had a person with like speed 5. How come there's so Manny hackers and hardly ever any one doing something about is ????
I'm sure the staff are trying to get rid of hackers, but I doubt it's easy for them to find everyone who's hacking. Did you report the person on the forums? If you did, you're probably going to get a response soon enough.
i agree... the staff needs to get up off their asses and get rid of these hackers. Its not fun playing factions anymore ... i can't even jump down into pvp without being killed by hackers.... staff plz just do ur job :/
Alright. Before I go into my response, if you want to "complain" about the amount of hackers the server has, making a public thread about the situation will not help. This has been done in the past, and it has not helped the situation one bit, but instead caused drama/flame wars. Just PM/talk privately to an Admin if you have any complaints. The thing is, you don't know what goes on behind the scenes. Staff solve multiple hacker reports each and every day, but of course we aren't perfect so we cannot get to all of them. And actually, it has been quite hard as of late for the Moderators and higher due to the many resignations we had from the staff team. I'm going to leave this open, but I will not hesitate to lock this thread if I see any drama/flame wars/etc start because of this. Good day.
Hey, it helps us out a LOT if you use /report on these hackers, or record and make a thread about them in Report Abuse. Just because you don't see us all the time doesn't mean we aren't taking care of it. We do care about hackers, a lot. :)
It's actually very easy to install hacks so that's most likely why there's so many of them lol. Other then that though, you can always /report any hackers or look for staff that are online in a different lobby in case they are busy or haven't seen your /report.
Its easy, see a hacker? /report them. If they are offline within the next 5-10 minutes, its safe to say they are banned. If not, record and report them on the forums, within the next day they will be banned.
What I get pissed about is I can spend some the getting gear and everything and it only take 3 hits from a guy in iron to take everything and you do /report and everyone has been saying they reported the same guy that day and there still on and your stuck with nothing
You could use the /report command, though it is not guaranteed that staff will respond immediately. To be 100% sure, you should record/take screenshots/whatever is appropriate for the situation, and post it on the Report Abuse section here: http://itsjerryandharry.com/forums/report-abuse.15/ Remember to follow the format given.
