    Lately I've been wondering what people in the forums know about the country I live in. I've heard weird stuff in the past and I'd like to ask you guys this:

    What do you know about Israel, and what are your opinions about Israel?

    Im a bit of a history buff so:
    Modern Israel was created after WWII because of what happend. The original agreement was that Israel and Palestine would share the land, however Palestine ended up losing most of there land and got reduced to a small strip of land called the Gaza Strip. Israel is surrounded by enemies, and many terrorists group's main objective is to wipe out Israel.

    Thats what I know in a nut shell.

    My dad has been there and he said it was beautiful. The culture is rich, and though he had trouble in the airport because he visited Sudan, he said it was a great place.
