It just jumps from creepy to awesome, then mixes them, then it's all like, BOOM BASS and it's just... Everything. XD
I honestly think this song is quite overwhelming at some points, which adds to the shock factor.

 

It gets way more terrifying if you know the context of the battle.

 

Well, I of course, have never played Mother 3, but I've certainly heard a lot about it. Easily one of the most depressing games ever. I can't imagine being Lucas without just losing the will to continue forward...
I enjoy watching videos about it, so I do actually have some knowledge about it.

Also when Claus is coming to his senses... This both tearjerking and disturbing theme plays...

He put the Masked Man theme on his "Awesome" Music. For some reason.
