Adele's vocal ability (Discussion about Adele's voice)

Okay so Adele is regarded as one of the best singers of all time.
I myself do agree with that but like I said, she is ONE of the best, not the best.

People criticize Adele for her vocal range (3 octaves), which I don't get? She doesn't need a whistle register, she sounds amazing without it.

One thing that I like about Adele vocally and musically is that:
Vocally: Emotion and Power, something that is sadly not seen in many singers.
Musically: Meaningful, emotional and doesn't swear in her music despite the fact that she loves swearing. She has sad and upbeat songs. Sad songs like Love In The Dark, Someone Like You and upbeat or fun songs like Rumor Has It, River Lea, Send my Love to your new lover...

I honestly prefer Adele's voice than Beyonce's because Beyonce's voice is emotionless.
Even in her song from Lemonade 'sandcastles', it's obvious that she is struggling to have an emotional voice, that's my opinion though.

Now, discuss.

Beyoncé her voice is better for dancing... And meh...

I've always preferred Adele over any other female singer. The one thing I hate is that sometimes songs get popular. Then you'll hear the same song every hour and it starts annoying me, and it also ruins the song itself.

But yeah, I agree. Adele's break gave her power and she came back with the best comeback ever :)

I don't really listen to Adele, but I did hear a few of her songs, and I can say that she really is a talented singer, and from what I've heard from others, she has a lot of variation between her songs.

 

Actually I think she only has 3 octaves, but vocal range doesn't really matter.

And also Ariana is good, but she sings with too much tongue and jaw tension.

 

I like Adele but she is too mainstream for me now. Her music now is okay but I liked her old music the best.

 

I used to be obsessed with Adele but after Hello her voice just got really annoying to me
She is talented, I used to listen to her all the time with my mom lol
She just annoys me now

I don't know how to feel about beyonce rn.

Ariana Grande is pretty cool because of her range but sometimes she's literally screaming, not singing
I still have listened to her since forever and I enjoy her screaming lmao
