    Yes.
    I never use pokeradar and my fastest shiny was back in Black and White when I found shiny ducklett in the first encounter. But, if you count rng manipulated Pokemon, Cresselia, 3 Landoruses, a heatran, ditto,Thundurus, Swinub, and Deino.
