Recently I bought the /d horse package on the store, and it's been working fine. I mainly stay on skyblock3 and I have had no issues disguising on my island. However, I have noticed that, unlike my other disguise packages and the ones with my rank, whenever I disguise as a horse or horse variant at my island, then do /warp shop, it undisguises me, and prints this message http://prntscr.com/b21k7j. It's only a small bug (if it even is that) but it's a bit strange; none of my other disguises do this.
Hey @niamhlucy99! Thanks for contacting J&H. After reviewing your report and attached image, I will give you my insight on it. It does seem to look like a bug, or at least an issue that shouldn't be there. When I tried going to /warp shop whilst wearing a disguise (I tested out Creeper) I didn't get a message and my disguise stayed. As said in your report, This indicates that you have tried multiple times, as you said "whenever" meaning all the time. So I wouldn't really suggest trying again if you have. Of course, I should have used a horse disguise, but I haven't got that disguise, so I tried Creeper. In fact, I also tested out Chicken. Still, nothing. In my opinion, I believe it's probably just something to do with the horse disguise. Hopefully, a staff member or someone with more authority and insight into the server than me will read this thread and hopefully give you a full explanation. Powerzap
