Warning, This is my bloody opinion. Don't get your Justin Bieber posters in a twist! Let me make a beautiful propaganda poster... there you go: Truly a masterpiece. Propagandas unless you don't know are those posters made by people that are saying something to encourage you to do something in their favor. Like voting for them, donate to them etc. So what do I dislike about them? Well, there are a few things I don't like about them. Sure there are some propagandas that I actually like, those being the ones I make or the ones about things I'm interested in or those that are actually legit like this one: Помоги means help if you're wondering. It shows a homeless man begging for help. It's obvious what it means. It isn't extreme, there's nothing useless added to it and just one word; help. Definitely something related with helping homeless or poor people. You know, it's enough for you to understand what it's about but also not full enough to make you want to find out more about it, which is a double win. But then, there's always... this. I'm not sure what that's supposed to mean...? Do you mean that by driving alone you're a selfish bastard and that you should be sharing your car with everyone? Is it something pollution related like if more people use only one vehicle the better? I don't get it! This propaganda isn't clear. Also, comparing this situation to hitler himself isn't good at all. Only makes me feel bad about myself whenever I drive alone but I guess that's what this propaganda wants so I'll let that pass. So let's get to the "Why I don't like propagandas." Well, some of them are completely useless really. The example above about hitler in the car is something but this is next level. Fasten your seat belts, my dear friends. You're about to receive a nice dose of stupid and useless. What... The fuck? I don't know if that's a thing but still there are quite a few shitty propagandas like this. Some of them being completely pointless and dumb that I just take a screenshot of them to laugh at the stupidity. In my school there's a propaganda encouraging... church visits. Who in their rightful mind would give a damn about going to school's church during break time? Especially during diner? But okay, its purpose might not be so important, maybe the design is legit. Well, no. I'll just make one that is exactly what it is: Magnificent, I know. So the moral of this story is, if you're ever gonna make a propaganda poster, make sure it's about something worth it. Make it clear to understand, but also make people want to find out more about it. If you're gonna make a stupid poster talking about why alphabet is amazing, make it unclear, no one would give a shit. At least I won't... Well, it's my thread and my opinion. So fuck off xd. So this is what I think of some propagandas. Do you think I'm right or that I'm an assoholic idiot who only shits on true pieces of art? Either way, tell me your opinion about propagandas down below. Also, if you've met any stupid propagandas like me, I encourage you to share them. We'll all laugh. Anyway, thanks for reading, bye :)
I think the worst propaganda ever to exist was when PETA passed out those flyers to little kids in kindergarten and 1st grade saying that their parents kill animals, with an extremely gory picture on the flyer, that's just plain wrong, and you can't force veganism down other people's throats.
Reminds me of how they said Pokemon was bad for kids they need to stop. Honestly I think PETA are just dimbasses seeking attention
They want money and attention, money pays the bills, and we know most likely 70% of PETA has Liberal Arts degrees, and they can't pay bills with that major lol.
