Virus in the server?

    I was playing in AgarPvP and two people (CastorHama and colinmon22) and they started saying they were looking through the codings and found viruses that go into %appdata% and destroy your PC from there. I believe its a scam but to make sure i just wanted to get a mods attention.

    %appsata% is how you acess your .minecraft file on a PC, are you sure they are not talking about there computer?

    A server works quite a bit different to the Minecraft client. Firstly the server is not in the .minecraft folder also the server won't even run Windows it will run Linux so any virus that works on Windows won't work on the server.

    If these people were saying these things, I would just report it to staff. They're basically scaring people on purpose by saying that stuff. As for whether or not I think it is a scam, I would have to go on the scam side. This doesn't seem like a real thing to me.
