Déja-Vu

Hello.
I wanted to start a thread because I am pretty curious about something that has happened to a lot of people and everybody probably heard about it: Déja-Vu.
So, basically a Déja-Vu is an experience where a human feels that he has been on somewhere or has experienced something before experiencing that same thing on that same moment. From on side, people say that it's related to paranormall things like conections to yourself on your past-lifes or your past-self trying to contact you on another dimension.. and from other side, science explains that those are forgotten memories that "come back" and it seems like it's the first time you're experiencing that. Seems pretty confusing and unbelievable, right?
But actually quite a few people experience it (around 65% of the world if I'm not wrong).. which makes it a really common thing.
I wanted to ask everyone if they have already experienced something like this and how did it happen?

Oh yeah, I get Deja-Vu.
I got my first Deja-Vu (that I can remember) This happened when I was younger, So I was at church with my family and my uncle was sitting in front of us. Apparently, I was yelling and banging my feet on the seats, He said "Yo, if you shut up I will give you skittles".
When I got older, I told my family about this and they were like "Um... That never happened, It must of been a dream" It wasn't it just a dream, It was real.

If this is not deja-vu, then what is this?

 

Noo that's not a Deja-Vu.. That's just something your family doesn't remember about.. Deja-Vus are things that you feel like they happened before and you're doing them again on that same time..
Like, you go to a place and you feel you've been there before, but you don't know when was it or if you really were there..

 

I know what Deja-Vu is, this was (I think) Infact Deja-vu.
Let me explain more:
In my dejavu 'dream', I was like 6 years old
We live a couple miles away from the church, When we go by it, I say "That's Where I saw Had that Deja-Vu"
I asked my brothers, they said "We stopped to church before you were even born"
o.O

 

Oh wow! So you're saying you remember something on that church before you were even born? Damn.. that must be crazy! I never had a Déja-Vu I think.. lol

 

I get deja-vu all the time. One moment I'm playing golf or studying, and I fell the exact moment has happened before.

 

I had a lot of deja-vu's. It even got to be something normal. Happened in my life at the least 20 or even more times and i remember every one of those moments in detail, knowing that this shit happened before but it didn't. I dunno, maybe my past-life really fucks with me.
It's kinda like finding diamonds in minecraft. It dosen't happen a lot to me, but it happens.

 

That happens to me alot, like I guess i imagine things happening and then a day or two later (or longer) they actually happen. like woah, this has happened before. but I don't remember it untill it actually happens.

Deja-vu is so weird.

I have felt this a ton in my life. I do remember times where I was dreaming, and then another day I did the same exact thing I did in a dream. I told myself in my head, "Why does this seem familiar". It really is interesting when you think about it.

 

My first deja-vu was when i was 8 and i remember it vividly.

I was eating ice-cream and it landed on my pants. then a couple weeks later, I was eating icecream, and the icecream landed on my pants in the same spot, and the same outifit. but i always get it and it kind of scares me.

 

Time travellers must get deja-vu all the time.. But as Shower said, it is kind of like time travel in your brain o.O
I get deja-vu quite a lot, like some times I see something on TV (like a new episode I've not seen before) and start thinking I've seen it before, or even have done what happens in the show

 

Maybe we used a time-travel machine and we don't know..

[By the way did you know that time-travelling (or atleast stopping time) is actually possible?: The only constant is light according to Einstein, so if you go faster than light, there will be no time on that "dimension" (yes it's the 4th or 5th Dimension btw.. I think), meaning you "stopped" the time o_O]
