Woah... The colour combinations are incredible! I've always wanted to do digital art, but I've never gotten around to doing it. Plus, buying the program and a tablet to do it.
2 questions, what program do you use to make these amazing masterpieces, and can you use an iPad 2 to make these? Or do you have to use a special tablet? And how much is the program, if not free?

The drawing program I use is Paint Tool SAI. Normally, the program is around sixty dollars, but there are many free downloadable versions that some artists post with their installed custom brushes and such, which is what I use. I am not sure if you can use an iPad 2 to make them; it may be possible. The drawing tablet I use is a Wacom Bamboo tablet.

How do you draw your outlines? I'm trying to break from doing sketchy outlines but everytime I do outlines in 1 go, I screw it up ;-;
