Creative 1 Staff Application - Headshop

And welcome to mine and CapsaLock's thread!

We are here now to inform you that we are hiring players to be staff members in our Headshop, Good Vibes at creative 1. We are still under construction, but it would be a big help if some people could help out with the finishing touches, and to help run the place when we are officially open!

We are just going to ask a few questions so that we know a bit more about you, and your skills of working in a shop!

NOTE: We do have an age limit, which is 11 - 20

NOTE: Please do not make a short and dainty application. Make your application fairly long and meaningful, and it will give you a higher chance of being accepted into the team.

We are just going to go through some rules now.

1. Do not apply, and then never come back or just quit straight away. It would be then just a waste of our time reading, accepting and leading you through the headshop.

2. If you quit, and then try to apply again, you will be denied. Betrayal will not be tolerated.

3. DO. NOT. GRIEF. We do not know how many times we would have to say this, but griefing would lead to an obvious removal and denial. We have already gone through a grief during the making of the headshop.

4. Respect and obey all higher authorities, and just everyone in general. We will not deal with rude and interrupting players.

5. You will be given 3 warnings. If you have disobeyed any of the rules 3 times, you will be kicked out and denied from the plot.

Building Skills: Uh, depends. Overall in my opinion I reckon a 7 or 8.

Teamwork Skills: Easily a 10, not trying to brag or anything!!

Are you organised?: Extremely! I have ocd a lot and it really plays with myself being organised. I will forget the occasional thing, but I'm pretty chill with organisation.

Do you like to take over things?: When needed, yes. I've had a heap of experience with leadership stuffs. I can be bossy, I'll admit. But, not everyone's perfect, right? RIGHT?! xD

Are you a trustworthy player?: Unless you're someone who has trust issues then I'm a completely trustworthy person. I have NEVER griefed and I NEVER plan to. Uh, I can become really close friends with a lot of players and I have really strong bonds. <--- Should I have added that? :P

Why do you want to be a staff member?: I want to play part in this fabulous headshop. I'd like to help people and I don't know, give out ideas and inspiration? I really like to be around people and I enjoy working... xD It's weird, I know. Mostly, I want to contribute to the team and the headshop.

How often are you online?: I can get on a heap over weekends but during school days, maybe the occasional day. Tuesdays and Thursdays are pretty good. Holidays on here right now, so I'm on like everyday!

Additional Info: I'm obsessed with unicorns (I am Queen Unicorn) and Frozen/Elsa. I also make slurping noises when I'm hungry. I like kawaii things. And a bunch more but I won't bother giving you the whole list.

3. Building skills (1-10): 9 and a half.

4. Teamworking skills (1-10): 7 (I Usually tend to build things on my own because I have to trust people who I know and I have been friends with for awhile. I always get to know the person before I trust them.)

Are you organised: Very I have HUGE Ocd and I will organise Everything. for e.x My head shop is organised into what type of heads they are, They are put into sections like Youtuber, Food etc. Never EVER Will I leave something not organised. I Would not Randomly throw heads into a chest with other heads, this would cause getting heads for customers slower so I tend to, Put a sign on the chest (With that named head,) Get the head and Duplicate in the chest and if I have enough time I will name the head. :D

6. Do you like to take over things?: No, Never I always let the other person decide and then I give suggestions or ask for permission to build Simply because, If I built something without asking and the other player doesn't like it, I would have to delete that build making it be rebuilt again which will be very time wasting, I will always ask for permission

7. Are you a trustworthy player? Give reasons: As I said in Question 4, I have trust issues with people I don't know but as I know almost all the staff members I would be a great person to trust, If I don't know them I will be nice and tolerant to them until I get to know them better, they will earn my trust then.

8. Why do you want to become a staff member: I love building and helping other people with shops like this, Your head shop is one of the best ive seen, If it wasn't then why would you be applying. I also see that there are a lack of Staff members on in my time zone this is why I would like to run the shop and be a staff member that is active everyday!

9. How often are you online?: On minecraft, 9 - 13 hours (I know its a lot but its school holidays right now.)

3. Building skills (1-10): Meh, it really depends. A set format/pattern will be between 7-8. A freebuild from scratch can be around a 5.
4. Teamworking skills (1-10): 9, and sometimes 10.
5. Are you organized: I believe with most things I am organized. However sometimes I am not really organized.
6. Do you like to take over things?: Nope. If it is none of my business, it is none of my business. I won't try to come over and try to take control of the situation if it is none of my business or concern. I won't try to act like I am the big bad boss who tries to tell everyone what to do and pretend that I own the whole shop.
7. Are you a trustworthy player? Give reasons: I believe I can put almost all of my effort into the place. I can work very great with other people. I can get the job done fast and sweet. Even if I have some issues/problems with anyone working with me, I will just ignore it and not let it get in the way of my work/duties.
8. Why do you want to become a staff member: I want to become a staff because I always wanted to help these shops that seems like it has owners who cares and won't clear or just abandon the shop within 5 days. I know that I can trust people at this shop, and I can also feel like I can give and help out the shop. For example whenever something bad happens(example for the worst possible situation, someone goes and griefs the plot badly) I will try to the best of my ability to fix the situation. Just to help out the shop.
9. How often are you online?: Most of the day. However I will let you know when I am going to be inactive. :)

Do you like to take over things? I do sometimes. But not all the time.
Are you a trustworthy person? Give reasons: I am a trustworthy person because I always help. I always do things that need to be done. I always listen to the higher staff. I don't grief. If I do something wrong I fix it. I will always do what I need to do. I will always listen to the Owners and higher staff. I will help.
Why do you want to become a staff member: I want to become a staff member because I feel like I can help. I will always be there for at least an hour or 2 to help make the head shop a big success. I am a God rank so I have a way of getting heads. If I see a staff member grief the plot I will tell the Owners right away. I will try to fix it. I will do whatever it takes. I will take a screenshot and send it to Capsa or Shifty. I will be there all the time to help you guys. I do spend time on SB4 and lobby. But I come to C1 sometimes. I will be here a lot. I can give you guys heads.
How often are you online: Between 2:15 pm - 5 pm. I will be there to help you guys a lot. I will sethome.
