Should I Cancel My Staff App., And Retry?

My staff application was not accepted, but never denied.
*Just a quick note :)

I am going to write in dark red because it is like the best color in the rainbow. Anyways, I had a staff application I posted a little more than a month ago (November 3rd, 2015) and got no responses. I waited everyday, hoping for a response, as I believe many of you have done. In all my honesty, it seems like I am not experienced with these forums, but that isn't true. I work hard, break barriers to view these forums. I really have a connection to this server. I have gotten at least more than 7 people banned for their actions, and have posted videos of them on YouTube. I try so hard to get this job, but it seems like nobody really cares, and pass it by.

Otherwise, I will just wait until January to write a new one because I do not want to seem "wanty".

I would recommend being patient.
Applications aren't accepted "right away", they most likely have to go through a certain process.
Maybe, J&H aren't looking for new staff at the moment, or maybe they're discussing your application right now.
Don't close your application, edit it instead. Leave it open and hopefully you will get a response soon.

But on the amount of people that submit one every day, how will they see it after it has been moved back 87 pages?

 

When applications were visible to the public, I've seen them be many pages back but they still get noticed.

Instead of making an entirely new app, you could update your app.
Brush up anything you feel could be improved is what I'd suggest. You might not still get accepted straight away, but it's nice to put your best foot forward when applying. ;)

 

Trust me, we can look through the like 7 pages if we want someone -it's really not that hard ;)

 

Also, they probably bookmark the ones they know they want to look back to later on.. Just to make life more simple.
