Peaceful Survival Bug?

    Game: Peaceful Survival
    IGN: ItsJam But This Happend On My MysteriousJam Account

    Well I Was Trying To Tame A Ocelot In The Faction MoonsAndWolves And I Went Into A Oak/Birch Forest Bit I Was Walking Into A Tree By Accident And Sudenly My Hearts Started Dropping 4 Hearts At A Time I Had Diamond Armour Atleast All With Prot 1 And I Tped To A Friend To Look For My Remains And They Were Not There It Wasnt A Player Because I Was Not Killed By Lava Or Fire So What Happend?

    Also There Were No Mobs Or Anything Around Neither Players
