So i'm basically stuck on whether i should download Windows 10 or not. I want to, but the only thing that is stopping me is the fact that I don't know if it would decrease my MC peformance. I want your guys views on whether I should get it or not? Reasons pls ty in advance
I would say yes. Windows 10 is really nice, although my ping has been worse with it, although I think that's just my ISP fucking up again.
From what I've heard it's pretty nice. Although, (also from what I've heard,) if you have any music, or any programs illegally downloaded (i.e. a free download of the full version of Adobe After Effects) then you will be busted and forced to pay a fine or some other punishment.
I personally had a lot of problems when I first downloaded it, but they're all resolved now. I'd still say go for it.
You don't - http://www.pcworld.com/article/2971...ws-10-pc-for-pirated-games-are-overblown.html. But don't do piracy anyway kids. I think go for it as it is approaching 6 months in the open which means it's highly stable. So I'd say go for it
Short answer: No. Long answer: Windows 10 is practically pointless upgrading to, as: a) you practically can't downgrade, there are some methods, though, b) at this point, you can't even install a Linux distro.
Since Windows 10 is STILL in the testing stage, I'd say not to. But my dad has Windows 10 on his tablet and he likes it. So it's entirely up to you. You can not get Windows 10, and not get the chance to upgrade to the newer version that will come after Windows 10. But I wouldn't personally.
It is entirely possible to downgrade as long as you don't delete your old windows folder. And -most- people don't need to install a Linux distro Windows 10 came out of testing mid July the only way for people to be using testing versions at the moment is if they are a Windows Insider. According to Microsoft Windows 10 is the last fully new Windows. Updates will just consistently be released to improve the experience and to keep up with competition. That's actually kinda strange. Both my computers when upgraded had performance increases. If you haven't downgraded maybe look in task manager to see what's hogging up the CPU.
Yes. Window's 10 is a huge and nice upgrade from Window's 8.1. However tbh I will miss the whole tile start screen since I always have my keyboard connected. However when the bird meets duck(I have weird sayings, I know. :p ), yes. Definitely upgrade to Window's 10. However it also depends on your computer. If you got your computer with Window's 7 or hell for some people Window's XP then I would suggest making sure your hardware can handle such an upgrade. Also I would suggest looking at the features and specs at the Microsoft website to make sure this is truely what you want. Since when the bear attacks the seal, just because we like Window's 10 does not mean you will too. Also I would suggest that you clear up some junk you don't need. Since Window's 10 is a somewhat beefy upgrade that will take up some space. I will also make a suggestion to back up your files if you have a USB thumbdrive or whatever. You never know what could go wrong. I also suggest you find out your computer's specs. In my opinion if you have at least 4 GB of ram, atleast 15 GB of free space and a decent processor than you should be fine. Let me also suggest if you do upgrade than keep a recovery drive. Just incase if something goes horribly wrong than that recovery drive will be there to save the day. However make sure it is reliable. For example if you don't have a disc tray, then don't make the recovery software a disc. Self explanatory. Anyways I have a lot more suggestions however I will stop right there since I have a feeling I sounded like a employee from the Best Buy's geek squad. Anyways if you want more tips, questions, or suggestions than just send me a PM. Anyways but back to the main point, yes the upgrade is worth it. :)
