well this is a fun situation I am in

this is quite a long one so you might have problem's reading it but I hope you can understand it and am able to help me with it
I will use Nintendo character's to as different people, not going to use there name's

so maybe about a year ago I had this massive group of friend's
one day me and mario where talking and he said
the place where we live is perfect do you not agree??
but I said it's good but people around here are a little bit gossipy, no offence
then all went quiet and we went back to our game's (we where playing DS at the time)
then the next I get a message on FB saying a bunch of shit(will not repeat) and we are not friend's anymore
I shrugged my shoulder's and thought he would get over it in a few day's
so a few after a few day's I lost more and more of my friend's
and then luigi who I will get to in a while because something happened
told me that mario has been telling all my friend's and trying to use other mean's to try and dump me on the side, and since luigi did not listen to them he was dumped off as well
I shrugged my shoulder's and thought they will just blow off the steam for a while then all will be good in a few day's
but I was very well wrong
so far I have lost almost all my friend's(I still have friend's at this point but they are in same thing as luigi)
they have called the police multiple time's over the last years
tryed to get me fired from my summer work
and tryed to get me kicked out of college quite a few time's

so maybe a week ago me and luigi where talking then this random guy come's up to us(toad) and say's
hey luigi are you Jame's(I am james) friend??
luigi say's yes why??
toad then say's "why are you his friend?? you know he said people are gossipy right??"
luigi then say " really where u hear that"
toad say's " oh I heard it from mario"
luigi say's "so you where told James said you where gossipy, but you being told is basicly gossiping, meaning if you hate him for it you are being a complete hypocrite"
toad then stepped back then ran off

ever since luigi has told me he has been under fire the same as I have
I asked my parent's for advice and they said to try calmly talk to him, so I did
and when I tryed to talk to him I got so much flame it would make COD voice chat online look clean by comparison, and if you don't know that is really saying something

so that is my whole problem, I hope you can understand it
can you give some advice on how to deal with the problem so me and luigi and my other friend's can be under less fire from mario and his friend's??? maybe even better try make the advice so we can all be friend's again

Usually your parents can help, or another trusted adult. Talking about it with the enemy usually never works sadly... I would suggest getting your parents really involved in the situation and tell "Mario" and his friends to back off. If you feel that getting the police involved is necessary (I guess for harassment) you will need evidence. You can use screenshots of facebook comments and maybe record conversations between you and "Mario" or his friends. Have you ever heard of the HAHASO method for bullying? If you can, look it up on google because there is a bunch of help and ideas for bullying problems. Otherwise... I have no idea. And if it's your friends (or ex-friends) saying this stuff, I can tell you already that you probably won't be friends ever again. I hope this helps :).

I really do not want to get the police involved
it is just way to much hassle for a silly argument where both side's will lose(mario has family in the police which really does not help)
only time I will get it involved is if it get's fisical
because in the end all it really just word's that bounce off

Usually, I would suggest giving mario the good ol' knife-to-the-throat, but seeing your situation, I would suggest getting an adult if you can. If not even an adult works, then you know that mario and his friends are to arrogant to reason with, and a night in the cellar should break them.

 

What I said was not to be insulting. Jultar said some of the country people are gossipy, friends start to hate him then. Then his friends start gossip, brainfuck much???

 

I believe the word you are looking for is hypocrite

violance get's nobody nowhere, even if he did attack, I would not sink myself down to his level
and the worse part is mario is old enough to be an adult, I believe he is in his 30's

 

Not going to lie didn't read anything.
But talk to your parents about the problem as well as teachers. Sometimes dealing with the problem urself is not the best way to do. Good luck with umm whatever you put there.
