    This happened when I died in Survival Games.
    @Electric_Demon was there, but since he was alive he couldn't see.
    I told him about it and we said I should report it.

    Not sure how this happened as you should spawn at the position you died at. I'm guessing you were killed right next to the wall and your ragdoll flew through it?
