    I'd make it that Moderators+ can pick up spawners for people.

    If someone is making fun of someones sexuality, using gay as an insult and completly being homophobic to ban for 3 months.

    I really think that bans should be more common.
    Permanent bans are needed not just for repeat offenders, but for hacks. Appeals are for a reason.

    A perm ban means a Permanent ban.

    Also, mini modding is treated more harshly.

    Mini-Modding is extremely annoying IMO, also hackusations are annoying. So, I'd make those punishable, if they aren't already.
