    Mine currently is:
    Biceps = 27 - 34 kg
    Chest = 27 - 34 kg
    Shoulder = 36 kg

    I could go a lot higher, but I strive to perfect posture and control, as I it really can make a difference in your results(You end up exercising 3 areas on a machine that only does one or two)
