I really like this, It isn't empty looking, but it isn't absolutely overboard either. You did a good job! :)

The shader's name is Sildur's Shader Pack Lite.

Great house! I use a different form of Sildurs shaders, but even though I built nice buildings on my territory in Peaceful Survival, my neighbors made the area look like a dump around me :(.

Well, I don't mind you comming and creating a fac near my fac.

 

I wish the server had similar programming as the old factions plugin, where you can have territory WITHOUT it being connected to the original chunk. I sadly have to much invested in my current territory (one years worth). Luckily, some of the neighbors are timing out so I'm slowly taking all of the land around me and working on it. Thanks for the offer, though.
