Minecraft help, my kid's plot on minecraft was stolen and she is being harassed

I'm a non-gaming Mom. Forgive me for intruding here. My 11-year-old daughter plays on this minecraft server and is so upset right now that I can barely keep her calm. Can someone please help me or tell me where to go for help. Another player tricked her into giving up her plot and then claimed it for himself and banned her from it. He also called her really terrible names that no one should ever call a young girl (words that go far beyond mild cursing. Names she did not even understand). All she wants is her plot back, as it is adjacent to her best friend's plot, and she worked hard on it (long, long hours, let me tell you!) and built a house on it and head shop. The people who stole her plot keep threatening her, saying she banned THEM and that that are going to report her, which is not at all true. She is the one banned from her own plot and they keep being nasty to her and are building on her plot random things just to upset her. She does not know who to contact to report them and to get help. All she wants is her plot back and for them to leave her alone. Does anyone know where I can tell her to go for help?

 

I would contact a moderator. Such as DWG715, Homieboy and xMisfitcow. Since i am not a moderator, i cannot find a way to help, but im sure the moderators can.

Well, if you go and click on forums, and look on the right, it will list the moderators, then click on their name and then click information. Then start a conversation, type and msg the person about it, also, do you remember the person's name in the game? Thats crucial

Oh, and one more thing. You need a picture of proof, or else nothing can be done. Also im sorry to hear about the incident.

 

I'm not sure what that would be. How could I prove it? A screenshot of the plot that is now no longer hers?

 

Try asking your daughter to find proof around the plot, that shows it is really yours. At the edge of the plot, it should show the ownership of the plot, which will tell you who to ban.

Take a screenshot using F2, or in some cases Fn+F2.

 

I think he tricked her into giving it to him (told her to press some combination of keys to do what she thought was something else). So I think the ownership would appear to be him now. Her best friend on the plot adjacent to it can verify it was hers, but I think it appears to be his now. I am checking with her now to see if it still as her name on it at all

 

Wait. Could you tell me her username, and what server number she is on? It should be either creative 1, 2 or 3. I can come on the server and lend a hand.

 

Her username is emilybella5 and the people who are harassing her are MJBrins and KornMuffin01. Not sure about the server. Trying to figure that one out

My understanding is that she asked for help with getting rid of griefers and that he tricked her by telling her to push some combination of keys - something like plot slash dispose. And it gave him her plot instead of getting rid of griefers. It appears he has put a RIP sign on the plot that has her username on it - emilybella5. So that kind of proves it.
