Help!!! :(

I was trying to clean one of my macbook, (not pro,) keys, and when i TRIED putting the key back, it wouldn't fit!!! D:

I have two keys I just can't seem to fix, and they are the:
Escape key,
and the ^ arrow key, next to the >, <, and v keys. :( please help!! This is my mom's computer, and she'll get TICKED.

You should hide your mothers whip.

 

Look on the back of the key, there should be 2 little white things.
If there isn't 2, the key is broke. Just bring it to the place you bought it at and ask them if they can get it back on. That's what I did when it happened to me.

Did you try hiding her metronome?

 

Well there's this white thingy that can sort of like stretch? idk lel
but it's not broke, i am pretty sure...

 

What is under the key, (like, on the keyboard, the thing that you put the key on)

in the middle of it, a button-like thingy that feels like something squishy, when i press it, it makes the escape key trigger and work.
on the left, two .....

There should be some needle looking things on the bottom of the key, they go in the holes on the bolts.
The big squishy thing activates the key.
And I don't know about the big ol' thing (lol), but is there anything else on the bottom of the key?

 

That looks exactly like a laptop key. There's a video on it, it's a quick search.

 

What Mcc said. If you're having a hard time understanding Pro's explanation, I suggest looking up some videos for visual representation. YouTube will most likely provide a video that matches your description and issue.
If it doesn't, run.

None of them worked.

I told you guys, I tried everything I could. :I And for Mcc, that video didn't say how to put back in small keys. For Leandro, that didn't work. -o-
