J&H staff are lazy *Read*

Actually, staff needs break too. It's not that easy as you think. We are allowed to hang out. And we do help if it's needed. Yes, we applied to help. We help if needed.
There is no need for resigning just to hang out.

 

if a player comes to hub and says someones bullying him or some shit and then you just say go report it then talk to your donator friends (which happens all the time) then you should probably resign

 

Who would say that? We act immediately. At least that's what I hope.

I appreciate all the things Staff do, and would never say they don't do their job. I know they are "AFK" in the Lobby or whatever server, but whilst they are AFK they are most likely to be doing something more important that listening to everybody's whining.

That's my opinion, sorry if you consider it rude.

Although staff respond to these reports daily and take care of most of them I agree with this thread kinda. It is the staff members job to make this server enjoyable for everyone and I have seen a huge increase in hackers in minigames like Agar, oitc, sg, factions etc. This is why I think the staff need to leave the lobby and go to other servers. Agar Pvp is one of my favorite minigames but it is quickly ruined when I get killed by an obvious hacker. Sure I can report them but until a staff member responds (Which can take around an hour), I am unable to play and enjoy the game. I really think J&H need to recruit staff members that actually PLAY on the server and don't just use it to socialize in the hub.

 

Once it took like 2 days for staff to reply to my report
And there were staff in the lobby

Listen here, you don't know what other people are doing that are possibly on the other side of the world from you! Unless you are a Stalker, if so I would report you to the Police, but I assume you are not and are just being plain rude to Staff.

I really hate to break it to you, but staff are constantly checking the report section, It really isn't their fault you aren't patient. And, what is the big deal if a player isn't banned in an hour. It isn't some competition to see who can have the most reports or something. Your report was most likely borderline allowed/not allowed. The staff have to converse and talk about it before taking action to make sure that they aren't falsely banning the player. If it was hacking, then they most likely have more than 1 staff member make a decision on it.

Let me say my opinion on this thread, you know staff are just like normal players, with other commands that's all, so we are all the same, we got a life just a staff does, if your report doesn't get solved quick, so? it won't change a thing, like think, a staff is just like me or you or anyone else in this world, we are all the same, staff have jobs, yes, but they don't maybe solve reports when there done, maybe due to they don't notice or they are having a break from there job.

I've noticed a lot of hate coming to our staff members for no reasons, they are just trying to there job right, like the other staff on other server, they can be busy with homework and not solve a report, or things like that, we got our things to do in life, that comes first.

 

Alright. I made my point, I am not going to continue feeding the troll. Maybe you think the server is poorly managed, and crap and whatever you think, and yes, there are some kinks, but, as Olle said above, the staff are the same as us. I can say this with confidence, that every single member of the staff team enjoy their "job" If they didn't they would resign on the spot. People have done it, trust me. I understand you want to have fun, and when their are hackers and such, they should be stopped. That can be a pain in the ass, but so are people who complain about it, instead of just reporting it so it can be done faster.

No, not at all.. According to your points staff must work like machines, not stopping and helping every second that they are online on some platform. Telling from your points you also believe that staff members say to report harassment when it's right infront of them. Although I have seen this on one occasion, that's just it: one occasion. And yes, staff make mistakes, that's why your report was missed.

The reality is that staff are humans, like everyone else. They make mistakes, miss things, and generally have to pretend that work is "fun". We all know you would rather spend your time in a videogame than working in an office. So if staff slip up every once in a blue moon, so what?

This is basically suicide, especially right when school started. Not to mention, they would end up repromoting >half of the current team, because there aren't many people on this forum that play on the server frequently, stay in their bounds, are of age, are of maturity, and have a decent staff app open.

A lot of people consider the helper rank to be that position, but I guess an 'official' rank for trial would be good.
