My mom was three months pregnant with me when 9/11 happened, I would come out six months later.
My mom did not have a job at the time, she stayed at home and did cleaning and cooking. She was sleeping when the attacks happened.

Both of my brothers were at school (one was a H.S freshman and the other was in the final year of middle school), all they did was watch the news in their classrooms, no actual class work, just television. (One of my brothers just fell asleep in class, typical him)

My father was on his way from work. In those times, dad worked elsewhere with two of his brothers, so they had to take a van to work. They were listening to the radio until the announcer mentioned the first plane crashing into the tower. One of the other workers thought that it was bogus, and he thought it was even more bogus when the announcer mentioned the second plane and the Pentagon. When dad went home, he told mom the news and they tuned into Univision and they were running the footage of the towers and the explosions.

(fun story, we had over-the-air antenna television at the time in the small little trailer in the woods. There was no such thing as Spanish television. Apperantly Univision started showing up on 9/11/01, so luck to my parents, they could finally understand the news.)

R.I.P to all the innocent lives lost in the madness.

I wasn't even born at that time, nor was my mom even pregnant with me at that time.
My mom's co-worker told her to go on CNN and watch the 9/11 attack, and with that being said, she did with my dad. (they lived in New Jersey at that time and we still do) She said that she saw people jumping off the towers because they didn't want to suffer and die by the smoke and fire. There were people holding hands when they fell to comfort each other. And she literally said to me that, "the people splattered on the floor like tomatoes." I was like, "o k." But nonetheless, rest in peace to all of the people who died because of 9/11. Except if you were an extremist involved in the attacks then-
I'm just here at my laptop, watching 9/11 videos, self-inducing nightmares and sadness (yesterday). I'm not an emotional person, but the 9/11 videos were truly heart breaking.

I will probably get banned for this edit, if you are going to get buthurt im going to have a spoiler.
9/11 was a tragic event, 2,753 people lost life that day. But does that compare to the amound of people in foreign countries who are killed by US Drones and troops? My home country has been raided many times from troops, my country has shrunk x30 in size from this. I cant even visit my home country because of the wars going on there. Not to mention the US has done lots of attacks to other countries, one attack on the US gets everyone flipped. I get that there was a large loss of life, but 2,753 doesnt even compare to 172,852.
This is a quote from a website not from me but i can relate, What would President Obama do if after fourteen days of relentless bombardment by these fictive Martians some 172,852 Americans were to be slaughtered in any one of these cities? Would he say something similar to "***** has every right to defend itself?" I seriously doubt it.

    goddamn preach it boy,

afgani's, pakistani's, irani's, had to pay the ultimate price just because of Bin Laden, so America kills 3million+ of these people. I can't even tell a person I'm muslim without getting shot in america probably, they're stereotypical and think i'm part of ISIS.

Okay, I'm going to close this before something breaks out because it always does. I just wanted to talk about 9/11, I didn't want to turn it into
    this.
