To be honest please?

 

I think your a good candidate as at the same time not a very good candidate for the staff position. You have very good work ethic skills and can proceed to your duties very well. Aside from that, you do tend to mini-mod a lot and the way you were caught hacking is also another thing that creates your flaws as to why you don't qualify for the staff position. If anything, I do recommend you work on these flaws as it will help you. Nevertheless, you are a good person and a good friend to have around as well.

You are pretty cool and mature and do make a good staff member as well. There are things that may be considered down-flaws about you, but that is something everybody has. I do want to point out you seemed to have a poor perspective of me in the past which is something I don't admire, but at the same time something that I have no control over.

As for the second favorite, I don't have one.

I used to see you around in factions a lot, but don't necessarily see you now a lot so it's hard to say.

I like playing my instruments and playing Minecraft.

I don't know you really.

Your a good guy and you go for staff with extreme potential. You don't seem to be the type of guy who necessarily puts up with rude, annoying, or ignorant people and so and so, which can be an up and a down depending on the situation. You don't seem very biased, which is a good thing when it comes to selecting staff members and you have a decent knowledge of things around here. If anything, I wish you good luck on your application!

You are also a good friend which is another thing about you.
