Hello Everyone! So for many of you guys school started today, and for many others it may have started last month. I was wondering "I like my school what about other people.".

So what have been your first impressions of the new school year.

    My First Impressions:
When I walked into my first day of 8th Grade, I was terrified. 8th Grade will be my last year at Middle School. My first period class was Science. Not I live in Texas so we have the Science and History STAAR Test, added to our regular Math and Reading STAAR Test.(Yes I am spelling STAAR Right, there is suppose to be 2 A's.).

My Second Period, is gym. Now I am not sure about you guys but I hate dressing out for gym. Mostly because I am fat and we all knows what happens to our chest area when I guy is fat. However I signed up for "1 Semester P.E" and not "Full Year P.E".

Then Third Period, is English, the teacher seemed nice. However I am already in the third week of school. She has downgraded. She gives us a ton of assignments. However, first day impressions, she was very nice.

Fourth Period, is History. Remember what I said earlier about us having the History STAAR Test. Just so happens that History is my worst subject. Plus EVERYONE failed the History STAAR Test last year. So I was very scared that by the end of the year when we get the STAAR Test Results, I will fail the History Test

Fifth Period, is Algebra I. Now I am in Middle School, however since I am in Eighth Grade, we can take high school courses. Now, I am going to tell you, this class is so much easier than the regular eight grade math course. xD.

Sixth Period, is AVID, I swear I feel like I am in a 3rd Grade class. They teach us how to get prepared for College. Today he taught us how to shake hands. Lol. I think I know how to shake hands. How bout you, do you know how to shake hands?

Finally, Seventh Period, OPEX, which is when I help the office out. Nothing to fun.

So there are my first impressions, what about yours?

I really don't care when we have to put on our uniforms for P.E.
Of course, it's a struggle for people who are obese.
    But for people who aren't,
    it's no big deal.
Nobody watches you anyways, they're all too busy talking or putting their uniforms on.
I don't know what goes on in the boys' locker room though, so my point of view of the locker room is probably pretty different.

I go to 3 different schools thoughh
    One is nerd school
    Another is cyber
The third is art hoe performer school
Its amazing and everyone there is super nice for the most part and we all share a strong hatred for public schooling systems and the majority of those who attend them

I'm already on my seventh week....
I knew all my teachers were gonna be cool and nice and easy through past interaction and past anecdotes from my higher-level peers. But now, it's been really hard to keep up, especially with other activity going on.

My school is rather big and very confusing, even for me and I'm a Junior.
    My first impression: Haha freshies.

Really though, I hate my zero period. I'm honestly okay with zero period anything but math. I don't really care that my friends are in that class I hate math and I hate the teacher even more she is terrible. My first impression was "I'm gonna struggle in this class".

My first period is PE. Now, on the first day we had to dress out for PE we had to run a mile, but plot twist, we did excersises in between. After the first lap we did lunges and the Second lap half backwards running. Then we did 50 sit ups and half skipping. Then 20 push ups and half backwards again. Then last lap full out spring then 10 quality burpee box jumps. (They're like burpees but you have to jump up on a box). It sucked. She said that was easy.

Second period, orchestra. Great teacher, phone charging station IN CLASS, and very cute bass player.
I think my liking of this class goes without saying.

Third period, Japanese 3. This class. Is fucking amazing.
I love everything about it. We have to teachers, Crow sensei and Sujino sensei. Our TA is Kazuki and they are all amazing. I always have so much fun in that class.

Fourth Period, health. I have 1 friend whom I am currently in a poking war with. Have been since 7th grade.
I don't like health but now I sorta do because my teacher is really good at what she does. I could write an essay explaining why she is such a great teacher.

Fifth period, I just love it.

6th period,Chemistry. Pretty okay, don't really have any friends. But the class is quite interesting to me.

7th Period, English. My first impression was that hey I might like this class. (But I have a total fucking pervert in that class). Teacher is pretty cool, just more difficult assignment.

My school days are quite long. Hour long classes, which means I start zero period MATH (kill me) at 7:00 in the morning. And I don't get out until 3:30. At least we can use our phones at lunch and passing period. I just don't like walking upstairs for some of my classes because I'm a lazy sack of shit.

So far it's okay. I like the school and the building and stuff, but there's just too many people. I guess that's just the perks of going to a public school.
Two things that happened that ruined my experience so far:
A guy who went to my old school goes with me to my new school today. We both hated each other, so when the bus dropped us off, we got into a fight. He pushed me against a tree and I twisted my ankle. I punched his face and he has a bruise around his eye.
On the bus, the rules are that we are allowed to eat as long as we don't leave our trash behind. These two girls were eating grapes and they didn't want to throw away the trash, so they threw the zip-lock bag at me. I took it with me home, and didn't throw it away.
Tonight, I'm planning on putting the zip-lock bag on her porch with a note and ringing the doorbell to be sure she sees my message. I'm basically going to tell her that if she doesn't stop treating me this way, I'm going to bring it up with the counselor/principal.
But other than that, the classes already have homework, but it's kinda easy.
I'm kind of having trouble making friends since it's a new school, but I think I'm slowly managing to meet people.
I'm trying my best to get my homework done fast and easy. I love all of my teachers, especially my Civics Honors teacher. She's very nice.
So far 8th grade is ok.
