I've been busy, very busy. Haha. I hope this isn't a bump, someone told me it's fine so, I'm trying to get back to writing and actually finishing this story. I'm sorry for the hiatus, but I hope I can do this again. I just thought no one really cared but some do, so yay! Returning Characters: @SerenadeOfStorms, @LouiseXminerX, @TwageTomato, @Kungfu241 I have gotten some people back, and I hope to approach people who've appeared in previous stories to get them back. I might have taken some responses the wrong way. Chapter 8: Toxins“Uggh what’s taking him so long?” Louise yelled while punching a wall. “I don’t know. We’ve been waiting for an hour haven’t we?” Serenade said. “Yah. He should be here right now!” Louise’s voice faltered at the end. There was an echo with it like a demon’s. She cleared her voice and continued. I didn’t want pry and it wasn’t the weirdest thing that happened to me at the time. We then heard a knocking and what sounded like dishes falling down. “Wait, hear that?” Louise continued. Behind the door of the garage, we could hear blades whirring and a muffled scream. “Oh great. I wonder who that is. You two, battle-stations. We’re getting Kung out of this mess. “ Serenade and I agreed. I got my jacket, which was sitting by Louise’s laptop, while Serenade ran to the other side of the garage. “I gotta get this thing on!” he yelled. “Don’t worry Kono, we’ll hold these bots off for now.” “Wait, they’re bots? Like the one that zapped me?!” “Yes but these are built and wired for retrieval. That one that detained you was built for, well detaining. I might as well use this gear. I reverse-engineered it from this weird transportation device I found in a junkyard. Pretty sure this was from that time those giants were around. Anyway, I made these two units shoot out ammo instead of those cables since it wouldn’t make sense in this kind of environment” she said. Louise walked over to a cabinet next to her desk and pulled out a belt with two metal containers attached to it. When she put it on, there was a metal container on each side with a place for the ammunition belt. “Get into the position, they’re ready” she said while the garage doors opened, letting three human-sized bots into the garage. They looked like metal sumo wrestlers with a metal door, leading to who knows where, on the belly. I immediately focused energy into transforming the jacket I wore into a sword and shield. I could feel the fibers of the jacket crawl up my arms like last time. “Louise, which one am I getting?” “Just hit them. We just need to get to their power source. It’s in their center, where the heart would normally be in a human.” “You two, stop.” “Who the hell’s there?” Louise yelled. The middle robot stepped forward and the its metal door opened, and Kungom fell out of it, bruised in the head and torso. Out of the door appeared a small television screen, with King Twage on it. “Ahem, is this thing on? Oh there you two are. I’ve been watching you two for quite some time now, and just a heads-up, I still don’t know everything about you. I want to get to know the both of you very well because of your academic prowess. Heard it from this dude. Anyway, may I ask why you are both holding weapons? Weapons are allowed here but I’m surprised two of the best students in this district have possession of these. You two have a good future ahead of you. Why don’t you two come to a conference I’m hosting tomorrow night?” the king said. “Uhh, sure royal orders.” Louise replied. “I’ll be talking to each and every one of the people there, whether they be dim-witted or intellectual. It’s an annual tradition I try to hold to make sure each student knows what he or she is doing. It’s obvious what you two can do. Let’s see those things in battle. This garage seems stable enough and took major damage, yet still stands today. This will remind me of when I was in combat. I won’t hold back!” “And so won’t we,” I said. “Kono, wait!” Louise yelled. I ignored her and charged at the robot on the right. The robot grabbed the other end of my sword and its hand melted and encased its limb up my arm. I couldn’t move it and the left robot approached Louise. She tried running from it but it did the same thing to her. “Hmm, I guess I won. How about a good-bye present?” Twage said. “What?! This wasn’t part of the deal!” I yelled. “What?! There was a deal?” he replied, “Well, can’t have you two interfering with my plan, so I’ll offer you a ‘deal,’ Kono. I just injected a toxin into Louise’s body. Hah, this has been done before, but I want you do to something for me. I want you to hunt those rebels down. This teacher of yours should be able to monitor Louise’s health. The toxin will kill her slowly an- wait, how’d you get out of my robot’s hold?” I didn’t notice the absence of a hot and heavy silver rod around my arm but when I turned towards the robot’s direction, it was in shambles on the ground. “Uggh it’s probably a bug” Twage said, “Well, anyw-“ “Hell yah it’s a bug!” It was Serenade’s voice, but we couldn’t see him. “Oh great, what now?” “You lose.” The robot that held Louise looked like it was about to explode but a metal blade came from within the robot out of its back while another came out. It came like a split second as the robot crumbled into the same as the one that held me. Serenade quickly held Twage’s robot at blade-point. “Well, I lose then. You two better come to that conference day. Remember what I said, Kono, find the rebels or lose her.” The robot fell and so did Louise. Thanks for reading! I really need to continue this, but I can't do it without support. Please leave something below and if you want to be added, please do leave something related to that.
Jeez, this story is making me nervous ;-; SAVE MEH KONO!!! Anyway awesome work Kono ^-^ I seriously can't wait for the next chapter. And Kono, please don't stop ;-; I love your story. Its probably as good as my other stories. I will always love your stories :) Keep making em Kono!
I wonder what would happen if I pulled a cliffhanger, cause this story's on a mountain. Returning Characters: @SerenadeOfStorms, @LouiseXminerX, @TwageTomato, @Kungfu241 Chapter 9: BallsSerenade and I shook Kungom awake and explained the situation to him. We got out Louise’s bed in the garage and laid her on it. “So Twage infected her with this toxin and now wants you to turn us in?” Kungom asked. “Yah. Can you do something with her?” I asked. “Well, I can get out her medical equipment and take a blood sample. I’m gonna need time, probably all night. You two should probably get some rest” he said, “By the way, I’ve never seen that suit before, Serenade. What does it do?” “It allows me to fold my body with increased agility and speed. I was about the size of an ant when I took apart your robot, Kono, and then I made my arms and legs into very thin and sharp blades to cut apart Louise’s bot.” Serenade said. “So you’re like a piece of origami paper? Alright.” Kungom said, “Well, as for plans, I don’t know what to say. Louise has always guided us with this stuff. Kono, you attend that meeting tomorrow night and carry Serenade in your pocket. For n-“ “Kungom, take that blood sample. I’m gonna work on Louise’s projects. She was working just fine on her laptop so it should be fine to go. As long as there aren’t any bugs, I’ll go ahead and figure out what these weird weapons are. Has she said anything to either of you?” Serenade and Kungom shook their heads in confusion. I took the liberty of going on Louise’s laptop to see what she worked on while Kungom did his work. I opened her “Blueprint” folder to find a list of projects Louise was working on. There were four blueprints at the very top of the list titled “Balls,” “Maneuver,” “Origami,” and “Sen.” I opened each of them and found my suit was the one named “Sen.” There was a memo on her desktop telling whoever read it, “Put the weapon in my unit to make changes. Remember, suits can only take so much or explode.” After more digging, I found Serenade’s suit was the one titled “Origami,” and Louise’s gear was “Maneuver.” “Hey, Serenade? Does this look familiar to you?” I called Serenade over to the desk and opened the diagram marked “Balls.” “Nope, it doesn’t look like anything I’ve seen before” he said. “Kono!” we heard. Serenade and I turned around to see Louise awake. “You’re alive!” I yelled. “Of cou- cough cough –rse silly. This little bug’s not gonna affect me until later, so I can barely feel the effects right now” she said. “Alright then. Hey, do you know what ‘Balls’ is?” I asked. “Yah, it’s my experiment, but it’s very unstabl- why is it up there? Did you crack it?” “Uhh, no, why?” “Oh no, that means we were hacked. If it’s on the top, then it means the weapon is active and someone possesses it.” Louise said. “Wait.” Kungom interrupted, “hear that?” We all stopped talking and we heard footsteps coming down the hall. Serenade unfolded himself to make a perimeter around Louise and Kungom while I took my jacket and made it into a knife, a form I didn’t know I could make. The figure picked the lock to the garage and I pointed the knife at it. The figure looked dark in the light with the all-black clothing and I couldn’t make it out. It screamed in a feminine voice and threw a black ball at me. The figure lifted her hand to her temple and the ball morphed into a quadrupedal green creature. The creature wrapped a vine around me, immobilizing my movement and forcing the knife to drop. The figure ran away into the hallway while the creature ran after it. Serenade morphed back into his normal human form and placed his hand on my shoulder. “Who was that?” he asked. “I don’t know, but whoever that was, he or she felt very familiar.” “Hmm, you two should get some rest. You know those suits drain life energy right?” Louise said, “I’ll take watch with Kungom. He still needs my blood sample. Just sleep here tonight; there’re extra mattresses and pillows somewhere around here.” “Kay, thanks Louise” Serenade said. I was just staring at the ground and said a depressed, “Thanks Louise,” while getting out a bed. As soon as I laid down, I opened my journal and read as hard as I could for an answer. Yah I understand it's been a bit slow, but I intend to speed up the pace with actually doing something and transitions of scene, but I can't really do that with the small band. If you want to be in this story, please do request something. I can't better this story without more characters. If you want to leave something below, please do! All criticism and feedback is widely accepted!
Ok, so this is the first time I needed to reach out to someone to ask if they could be in the story. I hope I don't need to do that ;-; Lol my Internet disconnected from my computer so I'm posting this from a tablet haha Returning characters: @SerenadeOfStorms, @LouiseXminerX, @TwageTomato, @Kungfu241 Chapter 10: DataBackup“Are you ready for your life to change, Kono?” “What?!” I screamed in front of the school. Parents and students alike stared at me in horror and disgust. “Uhh, Kono? You okay, dude?” Kungom asked, “Are you ready?” “Oh, yah, right. I’m not sure if I’m fit to do this though. Shouldn’t I be helping you with Louise?" “No, Kono,” Louise said, “Yo- cough cough –u need to play into his hands for now so we don’t raise suspicion. Don’t worry, Serenade’s with you as that pin, so you should be safe if he tries to pull a fast one on you. I have a good feeling about what’s going to happen there. Kungom will guide you through it.” “Ok, so King Twage actually does do this every year but it’s the first time he’s forced students to come for an actual grade. He’ll ask what you plan to do after your school career. As for you, Kono, because we chose not to reveal ourselves, he might start threatening you, but just go with the flow. That’s probably the safest bet.” “Alright, I’m going in.” I entered the building and stood in the queue for registration. A few hours after I signed in, a teenage girl dressed in black clothing led me to a room with King Twage inside it. We walked inside where just the three of us were the only ones inside. “Well, hello, Kono.” Twage said with a smile on his face. “Uhh, hi King Twage.” “Oh no need for formalities. I know what you’re thinking, ‘Why should I trust the person who poisoned my childhood friend?’ Well, I’m a very trustworthy person, deari-“ “Don’t call me dearie, DEARIE, now what do you want from me?” “Well, someone’s got a ‘tude today. What do you want to do after school then?” “I’m planning on going into biomedical engineering.” “Well that’s a good sign for someone like you. We need people to advance technology in that field. Now onto more pressing matters.” Twage said. He signaled the girl and she handed him a small vial with a green solution. “I suppose I should introduce you to my formal assistant, nala. Uhh, are you okay? You look a bit pale.” He said with a bright smile while putting the vial on the table. I was frozen in the chair I was sitting in. I could barely feel the taps Serenade was pressurizing me with. Nala was here this whole time as well and like Louise and Twage, she has no recollection of me. It was pretty hard for me to take: the friends I lived and died with have come back to life. “Well, let’s carry on.” Twage snapped his fingers and the door locked itself, and I snapped out of confusion. “What did you find out about those rebels?” “I didn’t find anything yet.” I replied. “Haha, nala, I think we’ve found them. Did you really think this would work, Kono?” He reached onto the table and grabbed the vial. “Oh my lord, we seem to have a bug on here.” I didn’t realize that Serenade shrunk to get the vial by himself. He grabbed Serenade by his suit and dropped him into the vial. “I hope you understand, but this isn’t even the antidote.” “What do you want from us Twage?!” Serenade yelled while barely floating. “I told you already. I want those rebels taken down, and I already knew you and Louise were rebels, but Kono! I feel so betrayed! Nala! Call the guards and escort these ruffians to the castle! We can make use of them to tell the world that I’m always and always will be one step ahead.” Nala nodded her head then took out a whip from out of nowhere and tied me to my chair. She took the vial containing Serenade and dragged us both out of the building. Escorting us were guardsmen as we headed to a cable car. The two of us were dragged into the car by nala. “Why are you doing this nala? I remember when we fought battles together.” I yelled as the cable car headed towards the castle. Nala remained silent until I struggled so hard I fell to the side. My journal flew out of my jacket’s side pocket and nala picked it up. I stared as she opened it and started reading my entries, then something extraordinary happened. She dropped the journal onto the cable car floor and her whole personality changed. “W- where am I? Kono! Are you okay? I remember everything now. We need to get out of here and fast” nala yelled. She untied me and grabbed the vial. “Sorry about that other me. She’s gone now but I still have her memories. I’ll use this one” nala took off her black tuxedo jacket, revealing a belt with six black balls attached to it. They looked exactly like the balls the intruder used the past night. She manually opened the window of the cable car and threw out one of the balls while yelling “Slash!” The cable car shook and we felt the car fall. “We’re gonna die!” I yelled. “Not today!” She grabbed me with her whip and escaped out the door of the car. “Are you crazy?!” “I have to be. I’m Twage’s assistant. Here’s the plan: we’re going to a secret base and then we’re gonna find Louise and Kungom. Chances are that Twage has already captured them.” Thanks for reading! Please leave something down below like a suggestion or inspiration maybe. I'm open to any and all suggestions, so don't hesitate to post something. Don't hesitate to ask to be included in the story too. I'm running out of ideas on how to make the character inclusions last a long time. I might need to do another hiatus if I get artist's block again and I don't want to do that.
And whoever said books weren't powerful? Kono's journal just turned one of her most dangerous opponents into a great asset. Soz git readin' guud kidz.
Sure! I'm not really sure what kind of role you want to play as to hero or villain, but I think I can find a spot for either or. So what'll it be?
I feel like an idiot. I forgot to tag nala last time ;-; Returning characters: @SerenadeOfStorms, @LouiseXminerX, @TwageTomato, @Kungfu241, @nala New character: @RealTDITyler Chapter 11: ThePrince“Kono, wake up! Are you ready for your life to change?” As I heard the same voice as the day before, I shot out of bed. I was sleeping in an abandoned warehouse that nala took us to on the Zeroes’ level. She was able to get Serenade out of the vial and he was knocked out as soon as he got out of it. “Oh, you’re up. Serenade’s still sleeping, by the way” nala said. As I looked around, she was lying on a haystack with a laptop, typing furiously like she was trying to crack something. “I’m trying to break into files using my administrator account to find exactly where Twage took Louise and Kungom.” That’s right. Nala confirmed it as her first act on that laptop. The prisoner check-log was updated last night with preliminary details of Louise and Kungom’s capture. “Oh no.” nala said. “What’s wrong?” I asked. “It’s Tyler.” “Tyler? Who’s that?” “You mean me?” A deep, masculine voice said out of the laptop. Nala looked distressed at the moment. She looked like she could throw up at any moment. “Come on, what are you doing, nala? I didn’t know you could talk.” “Of course I can talk, Tyty” nala said with a hearty sigh. “I told you, stop calling me that!” the computer exclaimed, “Anyway, what are YOU doing hacking into the prisoner files, data logs, and security footage? Did you really think you could be one step ahead of me?” “Gods, Tyler, you sound like your dad.” “Well there’s a reason why you’re on that computer. What do you want?” “Have you heard of any information about these two prisoners?” “Which two? We get prisoners everyday, your Highness.” “Hey, can the attitude before I can you. What did you hear?” “Dang, you don’t have to be so mean. Well, all I heard about was a young girl and a high school teacher. They said something about them being shipped to prison 6-0. You seem a bit, I don’t know how to say it but, different. I knew you weren’t dead when I heard that the cable car you were in crashed. Those two suckers you had probably bit the dust real hard! You’re probably in your secret hiding place right? I’ll give you some time before you come out to my dad alive.” “Uhh, sure whatever. Good luck on your LawL or whatever it’s called.” “It’s not called LawL! I don’t even play that game for kids, n00b! I- I should get going, cheesecake bites are ready. Yah guys, let’s get that other team’s nexus. I was just talking to my dad’s assistant. What a loser. Hey why is this thing still be- oh shoo-!” “I should have never suggested having kids to Twage. Rest in peace, queen. Should’ve taken me with you. We might as well stay here until Serenade wakes up. It shouldn’t be that long. So Kono! We have to get to the six-star layer because that’s where they’re holding your pals. Hey, you alright?” “I just remembered something, nala. I have a lot of questions. Like how my journal made you into a very good friend or those balls on your belt. What are they?” I asked. “Well, I’m trying to figure that out as well” she said with a smile, “All I remember is picking up your journal while in the cable car and I can’t remember what happened next. Everything went gray and I couldn’t control myself. I just remember controlling grass or water, but you were there and you were trying your best. It didn’t feel like it was me and yet it did. Now it feels like I definitely need to help.” I was confused more than ever now. How this book contained that power this whole time puzzled me. “Perhaps I should offer an explanation as to what these are.” She said as she took out a black ball. “I should offer an apology as well. I broke in to Louise’s data one day and decided to make the weapon myself. There were too many flaws with her design though. Well, the thing is that these balls let me morph them into any creature I can think of and then command them using a preset move.” “Sounds complicated.” I replied. “Not really. It’s down to a science to me.” “He- hey what’s going on?” a groggy voice sprung. “Oh look who’s awake. You alright sleepy-head?” “Yah I’m alright and refreshed, so what are we doing now?” “We’re gonna get to saving Louise and Kungom in a few minutes, so get in your suit and shrink into Kono’s shirt pocket. Let’s get out of here before Twage finds out you two aren’t dead” nala demanded. Serenade shrunk to the size of an ant and attached himself to my shirt. We all rushed outside, making our way to the level six prison. “Well, well, this story’s progressed faster than I thought” a very light voice peeped. “What was that?” I asked as I stopped. “Uhh, I don’t know. I didn’t hear anything. We gotta get to the prison before they find you two” nala said. Thanks for reading this story! Please don't hesitate to leave something down below or leave a suggestion! If you want to be in this story, you can request down below too! I think I can finish this with what I have, so I'll write until the end of this story and take a break. Hmm, slow the pace or finish it early. Decisions, decisions. Returning characters: @SerenadeOfStorms, @LouiseXminerX, @TwageTomato, @Kungfu241, @nala. @RealTDITyler Chapter 12: Brainwashed“Kono, wake up already!” Serenade said, “We’re under attack!” “Huh?” I was daydreaming already amongst the sound of lasers firing. Nala pulled me off to a corridor of the prison with Serenade in one hand and my whip in my right. “Kono, you’re gonna get ourselves caught and captured, now we need to take out these goons and take their lives. I don’t know where Louise and Kungom are. I don’t know how Twage found out that we were coming anyway! Must’ve been that tattle tale Tyler!” nala yelled into the air. Three goons came rushing to the corridor we were hiding in and started shooting immediately at us. Serenade tried as much as he could to block the lasers while I took them out. “Where do we go now?” Serenade asked nala. “Uhh, I don’t know. This whole place is a maze!” “Didn’t you have information on them?” I asked. “Yah, of course but I only got their general location. I could probably use a prison panel to find their location but we’d need to scout for it. The worst case scenario’s that they relocated both of them.” “Alright, so should we split up for it?” Serenade asked. “No, I need to use my admin account to access the files. It takes an approximate 20,000 characters to access it, so I doubt any of you two could memorize it in such a short time.” “nala? What does this thing look like exactly?” I asked while picking up a flat, blue block off the ground. “Uhh it looks like a tablet with a bl- wait, how and where did you get it so fast?” “Wait this thing’s a prison panel?” I asked while pointing to the block. “Yes, it is. Toss it here and cover me.” “Oh why would you need to do that?” a male voice said from the end of the corridor. It was Kungom. “Oh Kungom! We missed you, now where’s Louise?” Serenade yelled. “Behind you.” Louise said behind us, “Why don’t you three just come to work for Twage? He’s shown us that we can do something better besides making weapons.” “Are you nuts?” I yelled, “Even after he poisoned you Louise?” “Yah of course. Join us or be destroyed.” Kungom said. “Serenade, Kono, they’ve been brainwashed. I can’t believe that traitor finished that project without me.” Nala said. “You heard her Kono, knock ‘em on the head!” Serenade said. I quickly wrapped my whip around Kungom and knocked him on the head with the tablet. Serenade wrapped himself around Louise and made her faint from suffocation. “Uggh! You three ruin everything!” we heard from the distance. It was a teenage boy with two bodyguards next to him. “I was finally gonna prove to my father that I could hold my battles!” he said. “And you,” he pointed to nala, “don’t you dare come back to my dad or else you’ll be in for it!” He signaled his bodyguards to walk with him away from us. “What- what’s goin’ on?” Louise said, “Where am I?" “No time to explain,” nala said, “Kono and Serenade, carry Kungom outside. We need to get out of here!” We got to the outside as fast as possible and hijacked a cable car to take us down to the Zeroes’ layer. We decided that nala’s warehouse would be heavily guarded so we took refuge in Serenade’s house. “Well, this is my home!” he said as we stopped at the quaint, little shack. “Uhh, it’s a little small for your family isn’t it?” I asked. “What family? I’ve been living on the streets for a long time. The zero community is exactly what it is: zilch.” Serenade replied, “Anyway, it’s more than meets the eye anyway.” He opened the door of the shack and flushed the toilet inside. The throne folded up and revealed a chute leading down to who knows where. “I can’t believe you still use this place, Serenade.” Louise said, “It’s been a long time.” Thanks for reading this chapter! Remember, if you want to be added, don't hesitate to reply saying that you want to. Please leave something down below if you want to as well, and I hope you have a nice day! Or nice night :P As for continuation, I'm pleased to know that I can actually continue after this chapter set. I've already thought of plot and setting for the next story, Depression, and I hope I can continue writing even more after that.
I'm wondering if I should stop for a little while. If you haven't checked out Louise's story, check it out. Definitely better than mine. Returning characters: @SerenadeOfStorms, @LouiseXminerX, @TwageTomato, @Kungfu241, @nala, @RealTDITyler Chapter 13: RedAs the five of us slid down the chute and into an underground lair of sorts, Louise looked plain disgusted. “I don’t know if I’m proud or if I’m creeped out,” nala said, “this looks exactly like your garage.” “Wait, how do you know what my garage looks like? Wait a second, who are you?” Louise asked. “I wanna know the same thing.” Kungom asked. “Uhh let’s just say I’m nala, all-knowing assistant of Twage.” “She was the one who broke in days ago” Serenade said while spinning one of nala’s spheres, coming from behind nala. “So you’re the one who took the schematics for my sphere suit? Ugh! How did you perfect this?” Louise said whilst snatching the ball from Serenade’s finger. “It was easy with what Twage had. We gotta move fast, what the hell is this place Serenade?” “Well, it’s an underground bunker built the same way as Louise’s garage. We don’t have her laptop, though, but I do have the equipment to improve the suits. Nala, can you do this for us?” Serenade said. “Of course, but I should let Louise do it if anythi-“ “Hey, no need to get like that with me. You do what you need to do to make it better. Kungom, you’re gonna need to figure out the toxin in me as well.” Louise said. “Oh I already figured it out. It can be diluted to a less toxic state with water. It’s a bit dangerous, but I’m going to take a pint and insert a pint. I’ll do that right now.” Kungom stated while gathering medical supplies. As Kungom, Serenade and Louise went to another room to operate, nala and I started work on the suits. “Okay, so your suit morphs into a sword and shield or a whip and shield. You’re frail as it is, and if those weapons were knocked out of your hands, who knows what could happen. I should reset the EVs on you and opt for a more balanced suit. Serenade’s is already perfect as it is. He’s used to it and he’s able to shrink and grow at a moment’s notice. How’d you like to go for a suit of armor that enhances strength? Your jacket could already function like that, so I’ll go ahead and code that right now. Yes! It’s done. Here.” She said while pushing my jacket to me. “Uhh sure, whatever.” “As for Kungom and Louise, I need more schematics and ideas for those two. Louise had that old-fashioned maneuver gear right? Ahh here’s an idea! Maybe….” Nala went on and on and on as she typed furiously onto the computer. After a few minutes, she was done and pulled out two bracelets from the trash bin. One had a bamboo sword on it, while the other had two dice. “What are those for?” I asked. Louise, Serenade, and Kungom entered the main hall and nala tossed the sword to Kungom and the dice to Louise. “Uhh thanks?” Louise said. “Yah, what are these things?” Kungom asked. “Something I just came up with: weapon charms. Just keep it on your wrist and when you want to activate it, just touch it and focus energy on it. You don’t need to enchant something like that old cartoon with the sailor and all that.” “Uhh alright.” Louise and Kungom tested their charms. Red and green light enveloped both of them, respectively. When the light faded, Kungom had a green mask over his face and had a bamboo sword on his side. Louise was fitted with a blood-red suit that covered her entire body, except for the head. “What the heck is this!?” Louise asked, “What does this thing do? This literally just makes me feel tired and lethargic.” “Does this thing just make me have a bamboo sword?” Kungom asked. “Okay alright, Kungom, I noticed you have quick reflexes and can predict other people’s movements really well, so this suit enhances that power of yours. The sword will never leave you since it’s always attached to your arm. Louise, that suit is a gamble. Although you’re just weak after all of that poison, it makes your blood acidic and alters your body so that it can take the pressure of the acid. Here’s the fun part: you can shoot your blood at enemies to burn their flesh and you have enhanced physical abilities like increased jump height or increased strength. Oh, I forgot, you can absorb other people’s blood too. It’s the most complicated suit I have ever made, yet it’s the one that looks the simplest. You might not want to run the juice on those things, so just touch your middle and index to your left shoulder and you should morph back.” Nala explained. “I’m still confused,” Serenade said. “No need to be, let’s rest for now. Y’all need your sleep, It’s been a long day.” nala said, “If Twage captured you two, then there’s no reason why your apartments aren’t destroyed and that Louise’s laptop hasn’t been captured.” Thanks for reading this chapter! If you want to be in this set of chapters, please go ahead and leave something below. I'm willing to take suggestions or anything. I think I'll stop taking character suggestions after chapter 15 is released. Then I'll take requests for Depression, the fourth "book" of this series. Ciao!
