Before i start, you better not fucking make a flame war out of this.

Well, a new player who has respect and is mature in a young age joins the server, he is looking for a staff member to guide him, Oh! 5 staff member are online! Is this his lucky day? He sees some people talking about Teamspeak so he downloads it hoping he would find more staff there. Oh Jolly! 8 Staff are there! He is indeed lucky
Now now player, as a mature young one you should ask others if the staff are avalible, they arent "glued to the keyboard" as @TheMint says, they are humans, but my my, player is sad because they are all afk, don't be sad now, they may comeback, player is tired of waiting and has gotten angry, he pokes the staff member who happends to be MrDeathWilliam who is playing Town Of Salem! He doesnt respond so he spam-pokes him out of anger, William rampages the player! But player is mature and calm, he tells the admin that he was waiting for very long and asked why art the staff so gone? No response from William. PLAYER is now furious and pokes a sensitive staff member who has anger problems (Brb using imagination since some wont) the lad threatins to kick the player while player tells the lad the reason he poked him, the lad explains furiously how there are others
This is where player had reached his limits, player, now more furious than a jumping lamb, rampages across the teamspeak with hate messages! Suprise, suprise. The staff are back from their afk pools, the lad gets angry and suggets a ban! Seeing the hate messages, one of the finest moderators calmly asks for a reason, player explains how he waited for so long! So moderator, as mature as ever helps player and player becomes happy with the service, but he is not satisfied how they do not even put afk status! So he tells the owners directly! My My. What will happen? Will the owners respond?! Find out on part 2!


The main point of the story is that when either a staff is afk/doing something else, there should be something they do
E.x: When checking the forums, leave the server untill you finish and if you are on TeamSpeak but playing with others, at least put afk status "Not Available"

I hope you people dont create a conflift or shitpost or any useless meaning.

Oh for god's sake. Why can't you be patient. If the staff members don't reply then report it on the forums. As simple as that. If you REALLY need them then add them on skype or pm them oh the forums. Regarding ts, you can poke normal staff members but not owners. Also staff are NOT afk but exactly the opposite, they are browsing the forums. You want them to leave everytime they look on the forums? Well that's stupid. And I think ALL of us go "AFK" on mc and we look at something else so y'all should stop being hypocrites.

 

I honestly do not see Staff members afk very often.
Perhaps it is because we Staff can talk to each other via a special chat, which can be spammy at times depending on who is talking and how many.
Feel free to report constant afk'ing staff, as we are meant to log off if being afk.

 

Well, it just kind of annoyed me in the story that there was a flaw, so I thought I should've pointed it out.

 

Wait, so staff afk'ing is against their rules? Well shit, I'm guessing a lot of reports will be made on staff that AFK on lobby xD

I have to be honest, I've never seen a staff member being afk, at least when there's help needed. Staff members aren't glued to the keyboard, as Mint said, and they're a normal human being. You think that it's easy to be able to sit down, not moving at all, for like straight 2 hours? I think not. People can take a small break walking somewhere, or someone called them for helping with something. Imo, this thread is pointless and is lying about staff. lol

Edit: Why do you think staff members should be taped to their monitor and not you? Staff members are exactly the same as you, just have a small job on an online service.
