Ok so I've been checking out skyblock, and basically all servers I go on, there's a lot of foreign language, mostly Turkish and Arabic. I'm just wondering why this is all of a sudden this is happening? Skyblock2 seems inactive, and it is very quiet, but there are 100+ people online, which most of them either have /all disabled, and are talking at spawn in their foreign language, or do not understand English. I'd just like to know what's the cause of this?

It's probably daytime for them while in America most people are sleeping right now. I don't think there's a cause for this, they're just playing on the server.

I think what he means is the large amount of Turkish players who just randomly appeared all at once on Skyblock. Like they weren't there before during this time and now there is. Not that we're complaining or anything, we're just curious.

It's almost even worse on Skyblock1, don't even bother putting ./all on anymore tbh.

We should recruit some mods who live in the Middle East or speak fluent Turkish to moderate the server at those times.

They do get applications from them but most the time they are struggling with their english and their applications are bad, then they get denied. Maybe if we had like Chat Mod idk

Yes, I think the Owners should be more lenient with foreign applicants. The Chat-Mod thing is sortve helper though. Also, they would have to be fluent in english as well, or at least be able to get by.

So if you're annoyed by the forgien players you need to fix that
But if you're wondering, most of these arabs probably have Nodus (the one with numbers and X in their usernames, hacks are common between them)

Oh and also arabs bombard servers randomly because of its popularity, and Minecraft is REALLY known in turkey

    It seems kind of odd.

Does it only happen on skyblock?

I started to notice the language last month. Some people started to speak that language. Most of us didn't mind it since it wasn't flooding the chat. But now there are heaps of people speaking this language, almost flooding the chat with it.
People who speak English are now starting to be afraid of talking in the chat due to this language almost taking over. I've noticed that.
I'm not hating these people who do speak this language, but maybe they should just msg each other so both sides can enjoy this server :)
This is my opinion, please don't start flame wars cause of this :(

Although it WOULD be the same if large amounts of American/British people came into Turkish servers.

Would work the most if you were a donator, a donator's white text always gets the attention.

Skyblock2 has lost most of its Turkish folk. I rarely see anyone speak in Turkish during the day time. Skyblock2 is actually really active during the daytime hours for USA, but during night time, the Turkish folk log on, and there are a lot. Basically skyblock2 always has 50-100+ people online, but during night hours, half of the people have /all disabled at spawn, talking in their Turkish language. It's really really confusing.

Tbh, Turkey's Family and Social Policies Ministry decided that Minecraft should be banned. The reason is the game contains violence such as online bullying and very minor violence. Maybe that's the reason why Turks came in our server to enjoy the last moments of Minecraft.

But the reason why Turks speak their foreign language is still unknown.

ISIS (Islamic State) and a lot of other military factions are fighting in Syria right below the Turkish border, Turkish citizens go to the border just to sit there with cameras and film the fighting because it is so close. Ar Raqqah, ISIS's "HQ" is less than 50 miles from the Turkish border.

So what I'm trying to get to is, is why they think MineCraft is such a violent game and that it shouldn't be played when some Turkish citizens can look around and see violence that no one should ever have to see.
