Google and it's reorganization

I know most of you don't give two craps about this topic, but idfc.

On Monday, Google announced that is no longer a stand-alone company, but know a subsidiary of Alphabet. Alphabet is know the parent company of Google and few other operations that once were all Google, are now stand-alone subsidiaries inside Alphabet. Basically, Google has now been slimmed down to a smaller operation than it once was. It won't affect anything in search, YouTube, or anything else. With this came a few executive staff changes. Sergey, Larry, and Eric have left Google and are now working as the heads of the parent company, Alphabet. Also, Sundar Pichai is now Google's new CEO.

 

I actually saw this a couple hours ago... It's pretty cool honestly. Are you really happy @Rummi

 

Didn't YouTube break away from Google?

 

I like the new structure, as it is much more easier to understand.

 

If I recall correctly, No, you may be thinking about the google + uncoupling from YouTube.

 

I know right I thought literally the same exact thing. Much easier to just use you know. :)
