What is with the whole Itz thing?

Everyone I see on this server has Itz before their name like ItzAlex or ItzJake?! What is it? Now don't call me stupid, I know this server is called ITS Jerry and Harry but what's the origin of this thing?

 

Ehh, ''its'' and ''itz'' lol.

 

Itz everywhere! Most people on Creative have this thing on their nametag! o_O

 

They are just, wannabe ItsHarry&Jerry xD

This is my speculation:

Way back in the days of the old server when you had customizable prefixes people would put "Its" then there real name in there prefixes. They would do this because it looked like they had a similar username to Jerry and Harry. Then over time when custom prefixes were removed and replaced with nicknames the "Its" trend eventually evolved into "Itz"

 

Oh, so it is people copying Jerry and Harry. This speculation does make sense, nice idea!

 

Yep that's true. Also the "Its" and "Itz" trends are even moving to other servers too.
