These are the most known planets that are said to be habitable, only 1 planet scientist say is the most habitable and that would be kepler-186F and kepler 452b (Earth's newest said to be twin), Earth's twin. The only thing we can't prove about this planet (or any of the others) is the pressure system, the stability of the planet, or if it contains radioactive material.

I heard about this, apparently it'd take 100 years to get there with our technology.

 

There are places closer to home we can colonize. Mars used to have an Earth-like surface, until it's core stopped spinning as much and solar radiation bombarded the planet. Europa is an ideal place as it is theorized that there are oceans 5x bigger than Earth's under the thin ice shell. Titan is the only other world that has an Earth-like surface in the Solar System, with Methane lakes and rivers carving out the ground, creating Earth-like terrain. It even rains there. Also, there are huge geysers of unfrozen water on Titan, indicating that it could be colonized.
