Hey guys, here are a few tips that may help you when playing OITC! 1) Try to be a nice person. If you're kind, helpful, nice and have a positive attitude then people will respect you and you'll gain a good reputation as a player. 2) Don't get too cocky. If you get cocky at the beginning of games and then lose, you're going to look like a bit of an idiot and you'll look like a bit of a fag. No offence. 3) Don't set your expectations too high. If you get too confident and cocky, when you lose your going to get really frustrated because you've set this expectation for yourself that you cannot meet and it will annoy you. Trust me. 4) Don't call hacks on someone. Please don't call hacks on people because its happened to me 100s of times were someone calls hacks on you then the whole lobby gets in on it until you start raging. If you think someone is hacking, record, upload and post on the hacking threads on the forums. Also if you have to say hacks to them, at least be sure that they're hacking first so you don't make this person angry for no reason. 5) Don't act like you're a god. This might seem like a weird thing too say i but i see it too often were people are saying "You suck" "Get good" "1v1 me kid" in chat because there losing this game. Another thing this could mean is where you are actually good at the game and you're getting cocky about it. Its really annoying and no one really cares about how good you claim you are. 6) Don't refer to people as "kid". You don't know how annoying it is when a 11 year old messages you, starts talking trash towards you, you roast him and he calls you kid. Really annoying. Just don't do it please, its bad. Some tips of what you shouldn't do, take this thread as seriously as you want.
I don't think it's a good sign considering I do most of these things . . . Whatever you kids are too ez for me. Get good skrubs. 1v1 me kid. O wait! I don't 1v1 ez's . . . swag
Good tips, but please don't use 'fag' as an insult because it is offensive to the LGBTQ+ community and is homophobic. Maybe you could add more tips that would be helpful ingame, rather than behavior wise since these apply to a few other minigames as well
These are simple manners yet some people still struggle to follow them. Tremm, thank you for taking your time on making this. You'll make a difference in our community without knowing it. It's appreciated.
Thanks APSE :D Okay, i will not use this term again. I was looking for a word that wasn't swearing to badly and had the same effect. Sorry if i offended you in any way.
