How to resolve bad mood?

    Okay, so I'm in a Horrible mood right now.

    I'm angry at everyone, I don't want to do anything, I'm stressed about everything...


    Anyone got tips on what can help?

    Get a stress ball and squeeze it. That's what I do. And scream and punch a pillow

    Take a walk, take deep breaths, count to ten, something to calm you down and then work from there to see if maybe you jumped to a conclusion or something. If you didn't, try to take an action that'll only help.

    Listen to music, I personally like to listen to rain.
    Relax in bed listening to something to distract from all the negativity.
    Exercise maybe? That works for some people not me.

    Well, it always depends on what kind of 'bad mood' you are in.
    Some tips I have for you
    -Listen to music, it is a big part of my life and I'm sure it may help you in some way or another. It's a great stress reliever, and makes me happy. It's got me through so much. Play music on your CD player, record player or even from the speakers on your computer. Just have a dance party.

    - Art, expressing yourself through art is great. Drawing, painting, music, anything. I love doing it, it is also a big part of my life. Create something. Take a picture and capture moments.
    - It's prolly late at the moment, but when you get the chance to; go outside. Get some fresh air, lay in the grass (if you are able to) or take a walk. Also, swimming is soothing/calming.
    - Talk to your parents, or someone that makes you happy. Human interaction can up someone's mood sometimes (It doesn't work of me, but it may for you.)
    - This is something I highly suggest if you feel like you're in a deep state of depression or anything of that nature. Talk to your parents/relatives and schedule a therapist session or two. (This could be for anything, it doesn't have to be for just what I mentioned.) They are nice people, and will talk to you. Maybe calm you down. Don't even be afraid to get one.

    Well, at the end of the day it's always what you want. Do something that makes you happy, and there's usually one thing. Also, if you need someone to talk to about depression or anything my pm's are open.

    It's quite simple actually.
    People don't get in such mood for no reason.

    Deal with that reason and you'll feel better. There's no way around it.

    If it's school, study.
    If it's your friends, talk to them.
    If it's your parents, deal with it. They know better.

    I recommend watching youtube videos that make you laugh, and try talking to people on the internet, makes me feel better.
    I have another method, but it probably won't help you. I mean it helps me but, it might not help you.
