So im trying to make a render but the 3 button mouse to move the camera wont work...

I don't quite understand what you mean
To rotate the current view, use the middle mouse button. Use shift+middle mouse button to move the current view horizontally, diagonally and vertically.

If you mean actually move the camera, hold down right click and press left click to confirm the movement.

If you don't mean any of these, let me know.
