    Seeing all these "I never saw you online" comments on multiple resignations.

    As a helper you're required to help and talk to people, sure. But as a moderator pretty much you just have to get in, do your job, and get out. Being seen and noticed by many people actually puts rulebreakers into hiding. So yeah, if you don't notice a mod too much but they seem to be active, then they're probably doing their job properly lol
